Michelle spent a relaxing, energizing and restful weekend at Sun Mountain Lodge at an all women’s ski and yoga retreat. She learned a ton about cross country skiing (we’ve been doing it wrong for years!) and spend some great time with our friend Libbey who was teaching the ski lessons. Pictures of the beautiful weekend below.
On Day 6, we spent the entire day hanging out at the villa. Michelle was up late making new friends with Dara and Deb the previous evening and rolled into bed around 3:30am. I got up earlier than her and went into town to get some birthday desserts for the dinner/party in the evening. Michelle eventually woke up and went into town wit Soahna to shop. They cooked in the kitchen the rest of the afternoon. Dara provided a magnum of Chianti for the dinner while Barb and Stuart provide bottles of Proseca as a toast. I laid by the pool most of the day and played with the kids. Enjoy!
I changed the format of our journal posts and put them all on one page as the entries are long and I haven’t figured out how to shorten the homepage posts just yet (working on it!). Click here to see all journal postings by Michelle for our trip to Italy. I’ll continue to post pictures by day as I get to them and post Michelle’s writings as they come in. We’re having a blast!
